procalcitonin-guided antibiotic care compared to usual care reduce patient
exposure to antibiotics without increasing mortality?

Procalcitonin-based antibiotic care
PCT > 0.5 start antibiotics. PCT < 0.25 stop abx. PCT > 0.5 and increasing, change abx.
